Subject to Regularisation (STR/CERPAC)

STR is subject to those who possess the requisite skills and have been placed on the expatriate quota of a company, here in the host country.

Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Alien Card is a residence card that allows a non-Nigerian to reside and work in Nigeria.

Requirements

  1. Company incorporation documents (of a company whose share capital is not less than 10 million).
  2. Expatriate quota approval.
  3. Letter of appointment/employment.
  4. A duly completed CERPAC statutory form. 
  5. STR visa.
  6. Acceptance of the offer appointment/employment.
  7. 4 passport photographs.
